Each additional increment of $100.00 ordered on your qualifying order will receive one additional chance to win. A given Claim Number may, therefore, win multiple prizes! Program Details” link and click on "Check Claim Number". You will instantly see the winning results. Tier level gifts must be claimed within 30 days! Prizes will be shipped free of charge. There is no limit to the number of prizes a customer can win!

Not only will you be eligible to win prizes in two valuable tier levels, you will also be eligible to win a monthly Grand Prize! All Claim Numbers will be collected on a monthly basis and entered into a randomly selected computer drawing for the monthly Grand Prize! The Grand Prize consists of two prizes. One is for the individual winner, and the other is awarded directly to the winner’s store branch! The winner will be selected two business days after the final business day of the month! It will be the responsibility of the customer to check if they have won the monthly Grand Prize (follow the same procedure for checking your regular claim numbers). 2010 C.A.P. PROGRAM RULES

1. Customers must have a business e-mail address to participate, this program is completely electronic and e-mail addresses are absolutely necessary! Customers who activate their RMS User ID are automatically registered. 2. A purchase of $100.00 or more qualifies a customer to participate in this program. These customers will be eligible to win great prizes from two valuable tier levels, and an opportunity to win our monthly Grand Prize!

3. Customers with qualifying orders will receive, via e-mail, one randomly computer generated ClaimNumber per order. This ClaimNumber awards you the opportunity to win valuable prizes from our Prize Review Page! Each additional increment of $100.00 ordered on your qualifying order will receive one additional chance to win. A given ClaimNumber may, therefore, win multiple prizes! 4. ClaimNumbers are e-mailed approximately 2 business days after qualifying orders are shipped or picked-up. This e-mail will be the only notification that will be sent, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to check their ClaimNumber , and claim their prize(s).

5. To check if a ClaimNumber is a winner; customers must visit the link provided in your e-mail notice or visit our home page and select the "CAP Program Details" link and click on "Check Claim Number". This site is secure and requires the customer to log-in. ClaimNumbers are simply entered in the provided area and the winning results are immediately displayed! Winners must claim their prize(s) within 30 days.

6. To claim a prize, a customer must select the “Prize Selection Page” link and specify which gift(s) they wish to receive. Gifts must be selected from the winning prize tier level. Gifts will be shipped directly to customer’s specified address free of charge. Customer must provide an accurate shipping address. Overnight delivery and special handling are not available.

7. All customers receiving a ClaimNumber are eligible to win a Grand Prize! The Grand Prize will consist of two prizes. One will be awarded to the individual winner, and the other will be awarded directly to the winner’s store branch. All ClaimNumbers (regardless of the winning status) are collected on a monthly basis and entered into a randomly selected computer drawing for the monthly Grand Prize. The winner will be selected 2 business days after the last business day of the month! It will be the responsibility of the customer to check if they have won the monthly Grand Prize!

8. To check follow the instructions in rule #5 and select the “Grand Prize” button. You will automatically receive the winning results! The winner must claim their Grand Prize within 5 business days of the drawing.

9. Select the “Prize Review Page” link to view a description and picture of all C.A.P. prizes!

10. This program is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
